The apartment is located on the beach front in Gran Canaria's perhaps best location in the popular complex Montemarina by Anfi del Mar.

The living room has direct access to the large terrace which has a relatively square shape and is easy to furnish. This particular apartment is one of the most attractive in the complex due to its location. It gets the sun earlier than most units in the complex. (Around 9 o clock, depending on the season.) Sun throughout the day and until it sets. From here you can admire beautiful sunsets in all colors. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the beaches in the area, from Patalavaca to Anfi del Mar. The sea is literally right in front of you. A few floors down from the terrace is the common area of ​​the complex with beautiful green gardens and colorful flowers. View of one of the pools as well. The community fee includes various maintenance and operation of the common facilities as well as WIFI. Water is included. Electricity is invoiced from the condominium after reading the internal meter.

The costs of the condominium are paid once a year and are calculated each year according to the budget agreed upon at the general meeting.

The yearly community fees of the condominium for 2024 was approximately 4.751.17 euros for the apartment and the storage room alltogether. (Spread over 12 months, this amounts to approximately 396 euros per month.)

Approximately 323,80 euros extra a year (2024) for the reserve fund to the condominium and 386,43 euros the same year for renting the approximately 1.5 m2 common area. (The latter is an extension of the apartment at the expense of common area. Several apartments in the complex have done the same.)
