IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RENTING

Reserving Rental Properties: For long term rentals, in most cases, it is not possible to make a reservation less than one month befor the lease begins. For mid term rentals or in winter season, it is advisable to make the reservation between 6 and 12 months in advance.

Furniture: The properties for rent in Gran Canaria usually are completely furnished, including washing machine and television.

Balconies and terraces: All apartments usually have a balcony as a minimum and in the case of bungalows, houses or duplexes a small garden or terrace.

Animals: It is only possible with the owner’s permission, and within the rules of the owners’ community.

Additional expenses: water and electricity expenses are paid by tenant in most cases.

Deposit: The deposit is almost always a monthly payment in accordance with the rental agreement. This will be refunded 30 days after the contract ends, after verification that the property was left in good condition.

Our management: For the property search, contract preparation, and management, we charge the equivalent of a monthly rental payment.
